The castle of Cardona (view of the Parade ground) is located on a hill, in the town of Cardona (province of Barcelona, Spain). It was built in the year 886 in Romanesque and Gothic style, a good example of medieval military fortification, it has a Chapel, Cloister and Collegiate Church inside, currently the castle houses the "Duques de Cardona" National Tourism Parador.
